Mario Lambert, President
Specializing in the sale of electrical products since 1975, Mario Lambert held the position of Branch Manager for Union Electric from 1980 to 1982.
After founding Surplec on May 18th, 1987 he has since managed all expansion projects of the company, attended specialized technical workshops, and instructed the company's three divisions. Today, he presides over the Surplec HV solutions division.
Surplec HV solutions has been a member company of the AIEQ (Electrical Industry Association of Québec) since 1998, with whom Mr. Lambert has been actively involved in numerous capacities for over 10 year. For the year 2009-2010, Mr. Lambert will occupy the position of President of the Board of Directors of the AIEQ.

Sylvain Roy, Vice-President & Technical Director
With Surplec since 1994, he possesses 19 years of experience in the domaine of energy and voltage apparatus.
Throughout his career, he has held the positions of Service Technician, Shop Supervisor, Technical Supervisor, ISO Quality Control Manager (integrated in 1997) and Director R&D (1998). He currently holds the position of Vice-President, Technical Director.

Roland Carbonneau, Sales Director
During his career, he has held the positions of Sales Representative, Assistant Sales Director and Branch Manager. He currently holds the position of Sales Director for the Surplec HV solutions division.
With Surplec since 1996, Mr. Carbonneau possesses over 35 years experience in electricity including 10 years in the high voltage sector.

Emile Nasrallah, ing., General manager Possessing engineering degree from St-Joseph University of Beirut (USJ), Emile Nasrallah has over 25 years of experience gained trough strategic positions in major international companies specialized in manufacturing and services for medium and high voltage electrical apparatus.

André Robidoux, P. Eng. Director, Major Accounts Working in the electrical industry since 1970 and possessing an engineering degree from the University of Sherbrooke, Mr. Robidoux brings a tremendous amount of experience to the table. ALSTOM ENERGY Canada 1998-2000 : GENERAL MANAGER, BUSINESS DIVISION Major manufacturer of equipment (turbines and hydraulic alternators) with over 500 employees and annual revenues in excess of $140M. CONSULTANT PELLEMON 1991-1998 : PRINCIPAL SHAREHOLDER AND VICE PRESIDENT, ENERGY SECTOR Consulting engineer practice specializing in the sectors of energy, mining, municipal and pharmaceuticals with over 300 employees and annual revenues in excess of $20M (merged with SNC-Lavalin in 1997). Ken Harris, Sales
With eight years' experience in the sale of electrical products, Mr. Harris is responsible for internal sales at Surplec HV.

Marie-Louise Lambert, Production Supervisor
Ms Lambert began with Surplec in 2005 in the capacity of administrative assistant. Ms Lambert possesses a diploma in administration and currently holds the position of Production Supervisor for the distribution transformer division.

Sébastien Roy, CMA Controller
Mr. Roy has been with Surplec since 2005 and brings several years’ experience in the areas of corporate finance and accounting. Mr. Roy is a member of the Association of Certified Management Accountants of Quebec and holds the designation of CMA and is accredited in the personal financial planning.
In his career, he has held the position of Small Business representative and Small Business/Personal Accounts Manager in a major Canadian financial institution.
He presently holds the position of controller for Surplec HV solution.

Kellie-Anne Fillman, Executive Assistant
At Surplec since 2008, Ms Fillman possesses 20 years clerical and administrative experience.Through her career, she has held the positions of supply clerk, executive assistant and administrative assistant for the Canadian Armed Forces, the position of receptionist for a company in the Eastern Townships as well as the position of Human Resources Coordinator for a British Columbia casino company.
She currently holds the position of Executive Assistant for Surplec HV solutions.

Beverley Thomas, Logistics Coordinator
Ms Thomas originally joined Surplec in 2005 as the receptionist with Surplec Industriel. Presently, Ms Thomas holds the position of logistics coordinator (purchasing, shipping, receiving, transport, etc.) for the Surplec HV division.
